State Bank of India (SBI) recruit many candidates on the Clerical post of Junior Associates (Customer support and sells) and Junior Agricultural Associates all over India. The total number of vacancies are 17,140. The online application process will be until continue to 25th April 2016. A candidate can apply for only one post from one circle/state. The exam center will be select from the state on which the candidate applies. Candidates must have to know the regional language on which state he/she apply. Candidates must have read and write ability in English. The advertised number of this recruitment is CRPD/CR/2016-17/01.
• Number of Vacancies :
1. Junior Associates (customer support and sells) – 10,694.
2. Junior Agricultural Associates – 2982.
3. Junior Associates (Customer Support and Sells) Special Recruitment Drive backlog – 2490.
4. Special Recruitment Drive Meghalaya, Kashmir and Ladakh – 278.
• Education Qualification :
For Junior, Associates candidates must have to pass graduation degree from one any recognized university. For Junior Agricultural Associates post, candidates must have to pass graduation degree in agriculture or related to agriculture from any recognized university. For this two posts, the education qualifications must be completed on or before 30th June 2016. Final year students also apply for this posts with some conditions.
• Age Limit :
For applying this posts candidate’s age must be in between 20 to 28 years on or before 1st April, 2016. Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, OBC, PH can do as per government rule.
• Exam Pattern & Selection Procedure :
Candidates will be selected through the online test (preliminary and main) and interview. For the online preliminary exam, there will be total 100 marks for 100 objective type questions within 1 hour. Questions will set from the English language (30 marks), Numerical ability (35 marks), Reasoning Ability (35 marks). Candidates who will pass the preliminary exam will seat for the online main exam. For the Online Main exam, there will be objective type questions from Financial Awareness (50 questions 50 marks), General English (40 questions 40 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions 50 marks), Reasoning ability and Computer Aptitude (50 questions 60 marks). Total marks 200 and time allowed 2 hours 40 minutes. Questions papers medium will be English and Hindi. There will be negative marking for the wrong answer. 1/4 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer. Qualifying marks will be set by the bank. Qualified candidates will call for the interview. The preliminary exam will be held in May or June 2016.
• Application Fees :
The application fees and intimation charge is Rs. 600. There will be no any application fees required for SC /ST, PH, ex-army candidates. They only pay the intimation charge Rs. 100. Examination fees will be paid only by debit card /credit card or net banking. After the successful transition, a e-receipt will be generated.
• Online Application Procedure :
The application for the SBI recruitment examination will the done only through online. Application process will be done on www.statebankofindia.com or you may visit www.sbi.co.in and click on the ‘Recruitment’ link. Candidates must have a valid email id and phone number. Fill the complete application form corroded then upload the scanned passport size photo, signature. After final submit a unique registration number will be generated and a password also creates. After paying the examination fees to take a print out of the complete application form for future required. The last date of online application is 25th April 2016.
