D.Pharm Admission Eligibility Criteria
Know the complete Eligibility criteria for WB D.Pharm Admission 2022 in the Institute of Pharmacy Kalyani, Bankura and Jalpaiguri under the Diploma in Pharmacy course for the year 2022-24. West Bengal Health & Family Welfare Department published the following guidelines on the official notification.
1. Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from any recognized Board or Council with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology Subjects.
2. The age limit for apply Online, minimum 17 years or maximum 30 years as on 1st June 2022. (5 years extension for SC and ST candidates).
3. Candidates must be permanent residents of West Bengal and have a permanent address in West Bengal.
4. Candidates, who passed their Higher Secondary (10+2) Exam in Vocational Stream or from any Distance Education Course, are not eligible for D.Pharm admission in Institute of Pharmacy, West Bengal.

WB D.Pharm Candidates Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for D.Pharm (Diploma in Pharmacy) course admission in West Bengal under the Institute of Pharmacy based on their Higher Secondary Percentage. The total percentage will be calculated on these three subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.
Students must have to pass separately on all these subjects (written and project). Seats reserved for SC, ST, OBC and PH candidates as per government rule. Four candidates nominated by the G.T.A. Darjeeling will be admitted to the Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri.

Candidates have to apply online for admission on the Two Years D.Pharm course under the Institute of Pharmacy Kalyani, Bankura and Jalpaiguri for the season 2022-24. The complete application process maintains by West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Department. You can visit wbhealth.gov.in website to apply online.
The complete admission process will be managed by West Bengal Health Department. Eligible Candidates can apply Online from this link, Diploma in Pharmacy Admission 2022. Visit this link and carefully fill the application form with your complete details. Upload the required documents. The last date for the Online Application is August 2022 by 5 pm.
After successfully submitting the online application form, candidates can download the Application Form by entering the Application ID and Date of Birth. The Application Form will contain your complete details and Application ID. This will require at the time of counselling.

WB D.Pharm Admission 2022 Counselling Process
The counselling process is Online. The list of shortlisted candidates will publish on September 2022 on the official website of the West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Department.
Now shortlisted candidates can log in to the Online Application Portal with their Username and Password. Then complete their choice filling from these three Institutions,

- Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri
- Institute of Pharmacy, Kalyani.
Results of the candidate’s allotted college are based on merit. The seat’s availability will also be available on the official Department of Health and Family Welfare, WB (www.wbhealth.gov.in) in September 2022.
Selected candidates have to visit/report physically to their allotted college and submit the admission fees and required documents to confirm admission within September 2022.
Second Counseling will organize if there will be any vacant seats after reporting and admission of 1st round. College wise vacancy list will publish on the official website of Swasthya Bhawan.

Hello Prasanth, HS 2021 students are eligible to apply for the D.Pharm course. WB health will not take any entrance exam for admission in the D.Pharm course. Admission will be done on the basics of HS percentage (Physics, Chemistry and Math/Biology).

আমি SHUVRAJYOTI MUKHERJEE গত 01/09/2020 তে আবেদন করেছি” বর্তমান পত্রিকার” বিজ্ঞাপন দেখে। সে সময় আমি মূল নোটিশ বোর্ড টা খুঁজে পাইনি। তাই আমি local domicile certificate দিতে পারিনি পরিবর্তে, Aadhar card uploadকরে দিয়েছি, Eye Certificate এর পরিবর্তে current Eye Prescription upload করেছি। এবং আমি self – declaration নিজের হাতে লিখে uploadকরেছি। কিন্তু বর্তমানে আমি আপনাদের Notice Board অনুযায়ী সমস্ত proforma printout বের করে সেগুলো যথাযোগ্য জায়গা থেকে signed করানো হয়েছে। Local domicile certificate এর জন্য online এ আবেদন করেছি , সেটা in progress দেখাচ্ছে।
আমি form fill-up করেছি এবং payment করে দিয়েছি।
আপনাদের কাছে আমার অনুরোধ-
এইভাবে Form fill-up করার ফলে কোনো অসুবিধা নেই তো??
