West Bengal Health and Family Welfare Department GNM Nursing 2021 এবং ANM Nursing 2021 এর অনলাইন আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করে দিয়েছে। উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পাস মহিলা ও পুরুষ প্রার্থীরা GNM কোর্সের জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবে এবং কেবলমাত্র মহিলা প্রার্থীরা ANM কোর্সের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে।
অনলাইন আবেদনের শেষ তারিখ August 2021. অনলাইনে আবেদনের পর, মেরিট লিস্টে নাম থাকা প্রার্থীদের ডকুমেন্ট ভেরিফিকেশন হবে এবং তারপর অ্যাডমিশন হবে। একজন প্রার্থী এক বা একাধিক নার্সিং স্কুলে ভর্তির জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে।
WB Health GNM ANM Nursing 2021 এর অনলাইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি নিয়ে বিস্তারিত ভাবে আলোচনা করা হল। যে সমস্ত আবেদনকারী WB GNM ANM Nursing কোর্সের জন্য 2021 সালে আবেদন করতে চাই তারা এই অনলাইন পদ্ধতিটি ধাপে ধাপে অনুসরণ করে নিজেদের আবেদন জমা করতে পারবেন।

অনলাইনে আবেদন শুরু পূর্বে আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই নিচের প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট স্ক্যান করে রাখতে হবে, এই ডকুমেন্টসগুলো অনলাইন আবেদনের সময় প্রয়োজন পড়বে।
- আবেদনকারীর নিজের পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি।
- আবেদনকারীর সই।
- মাধ্যমিকের এডমিট কার্ডের স্ক্যান কপি।
- উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের মার্কশিটের স্ক্যান কপি।

আবেদনকারী রেজিস্ট্রেশন (Applicant Registration)
অনলাইনে আবেদন শুরুর পূর্বে, আবেদনকারীকে WB Health GNM ANM Nursing 2021 Application Portal এ রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। এই রেজিস্ট্রেশনের ধাপ গুলি হল –
১ম ধাপ: সবার প্রথমে আবেদনকারীকে, WB Health Nursing (Diploma) Application Portal-এর ওয়েবসাইটে যেতে হবে। এই ওয়েবসাইট লিংকটি নীচে দেওয়া আছে। তারপর ওয়েবসাইটে ‘New User‘ লিংকটিতে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
২য় ধাপ: লিংকটিতে ক্লিক করার পর, কিছু প্রাথমিক তথ্য (যেমন – নাম, বাবার নাম, মায়ের নাম, লিঙ্গ, জন্ম তারিখ, ধর্ম, জাতি, ইমেল ও ফোন নম্বর) দিতে হবে এবং একটি পাসওয়ার্ড তৈরি করতে হবে।
তুমি যে ফোন নাম্বারটি দিয়েছো, সেটির ভেরিফিকেশনের জন্য তোমার ফোনে একটি OTP আসবে। ফোন নাম্বার ভেরিফিকেশনের পর, রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফর্মটি Submit বটনে ক্লিক করে জমা দিতে হবে।
৩য় ধাপ: রেজিস্ট্রেশন সফল হয়ে গেলে, তুমি তোমার ফোনে একটি SMS পাবে, যেখানে তোমার User Id ও Password থাকবে। এই দুটি তথ্য অনলাইন আবেদন ফর্মটিকে পূরণ করতে কাজে লাগবে।
অনলাইনে আবেদন (Application Process)
এই ধাপে আবেদনকারী তার কিছু বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
১ম ধাপ: সফলভাবে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের পর নিজের প্রাপ্ত User ID ও Password দিয়ে, ওয়েবসাইটে Sign In করতে হবে। Sign in করার পর ‘New Application’ নামক একটি বটন দেখতে পাবে।
এই ‘New Application’ বটনে ক্লিক করে WB Health GNM ও ANM Nursing কোর্সের জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করা যাবে।
২য় ধাপ: ওই বটনে ক্লিক করার পর আবেদনকারীকে বাঁচতে হবে সে কোন কোর্সের জন্য আবেদন করবে – GNM নাকি ANM এবং সেইমতো কোরে পাশে লেখা Apply Now বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
৩য় ধাপ: Apply Now বটনে ক্লিক করার পর, আবেদনকারীকে তার কিছু তথ্য যেমন – শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, জাতীয়তা, বসবাসের ঠিকানা পূরণ করতে হবে। এছাড়াও নিজের স্ক্যান করা ছবি, সই এবং মাধ্যমিকের অ্যাডমিট কার্ড আপলোড করতে হবে। তারপর Save Draft অপশনে ক্লিক করে তথ্যগুলি সেভ করতে হবে।
৪র্থ ধাপ: তারপর ‘Next‘ বাটনে ক্লিক করে, আবেদনকারীকে তার উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের কিছু তথ্য পূরণ করতে হবে, যেমন – বিদ্যালয়ের নাম ও ঠিকানা, বোর্ড/কাউন্সিল, রোল নাম্বার, কোন বছর পাশ করেছে, মোট প্রাপ্ত নাম্বার ও শতকরা নাম্বার। সবশেষে নিজের স্ক্যান করা উচ্চমাধ্যমিকের মার্কশীট আপলোড করতে হবে এবং Save Draft অপশনে ক্লিক করে তথ্য সেভ করতে হবে।
(F) কলামে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষায় প্রাপ্ত তোমার মোট নম্বর লিখতে হবে এবং (G) কলামে ইংরাজী ও অন্য ৩টি বিষয়ের নাম্বার যোগ করে লিখতে হবে। (H) কলামে শতকরা নাম্বার লিখতে হবে, [G কলামে প্রাপ্ত নম্বরকে 4 দিয়ে ভাগ করে]।
৫ম ধাপ: আবার ‘Next‘ বটনে ক্লিক করে Orphanage ও Civil Defence সংক্রান্ত তথ্য দিতে হবে (যদি থাকে)।
৬ষ্ট ধাপ: আবেদনের শেষ ধাপে প্রার্থীকে একটি Declaration অপশনে টিক দিয়ে, Final Submit ঘটনা কি করতে হবে। ফাইনাল সাবমিট করার আগে নিজের সমস্ত তথ্য যাচাই করে নিতে হবে, ফাইনাল সাবমিট করার পর কোন তথ্য Correction করা যাবে না।
৭ম ধাপ: এবার উপরের Download অপশন থেকে, Download Application লিঙ্কে ক্লিক করে, নিজের অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ফর্মটি ডাউনলোড করে রাখতে হবে। এই অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ফর্মটি ভেরিফিকেশনের সময় প্রয়োজন হবে।
নার্সিং স্কুল পছন্দ করা (Choice Filling)
এই ধাপে আবেদনকারী তার নিজের পছন্দের নার্সিং স্কুল বাছাই করতে পারবে। মোট 37 (মহিলাদের জন্য) ও ২টি (পুরুষদের জন্য) নার্সিং স্কুল আছে। আবেদনকারী এক বা একাধিক নার্সিং স্কুল বাছাই করতে পারে।
১ম ধাপ: অনলাইন অ্যাপ্লিকেশন ফর্ম সফলভাবে Submit করার পর, আবেদনকারী Choice Filling করতে পারবে। তার জন্য তাকে Go to Choice Filling বাটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
২য় ধাপ: তারপর বমদিকে ইন্সটিটিউশন লিস্ট থেকে, নিজের পছন্দের নার্সিং স্কুল গুলি বাছাই করে ডান দিকের লিস্টে ADD করতে হবে। আবেদনকারী যতগুলো খুশি নার্সিং স্কুল বাছাই করতে পারবে।
৩য় ধাপ: পছন্দ মত সমস্ত নার্সিং স্কুল বাছাই করা হয়ে গেলে, Apply for Upgradation অপশন YES সিলেক্ট করতে হবে এবং তারপর Click To Lock Your Choice(s) বটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে, পছন্দগুলি সেভ করার জন্য।
৪র্থ ধাপ: তারপর Download Application (PDF FORMAT) লিংকে ক্লিক করে, নিজের Choice Filling গুলি প্রিন্ট আউট করে নিতে হবে।

My point is that if I will be selected for other district nursing school ….They will check all documents… Including residential certificate also…but I have only my own district presidential certificate.. Then they may cancel me for this…..I have filled all the form except choice filling area by cafe…..this is not clear to me yet….
If the form will be canceled one time then I will do nothing except disappointed.. I don’t understand even the cafe don’t understand this choice filling area because wbnc.has not been clearing this area yet..
They only check your residential certificate to verify that you’re a permanent resident of West Bengal. The district doesn’t matter at the time of documents verification.
