Eligibility Criteria for JENPAS B.Sc Nursing Counselling
Candidates must have to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to register for B.Sc Nursing WBJEE JENPAS 2021 Online Counselling.
1. The minimum age of the candidate must be 17 years as of 31st December 2021.
2. Female candidates who have secured 45% or above aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English and passed in each subject in HS (10+2) Exam can apply for Online Counselling. For Reserved Candidates (SC, ST, OBC, PWD) minimum 40% marks will be required.
3. The candidate must be a permanent resident of West Bengal for admission in B.Sc Nursing course in Government and Private Nursing Institutions.
4. The candidate must have is valid WBJEE JENPAS 2021 Application Number.

WBJEE JENPAS 2021 Ranking Method
WBJEEB will prepare the Merit Ranks for JENPAS B.Sc Nursing and other courses on the basis of Pseudo Aggregate. This merit point/marks will be calculated using this formula.
Pseudo aggregate = 6xBiology score + 4xChemistry score + 2xPhysics score + 1xEnglish score.
If a tie exists even thereafter, the same will be broken by the date of birth (DOB); the older candidate will be given preference over the younger one.
Students can download their Rank card from the WBJEE Counselling portal. This rank card contains the candidate’s General Merit Rank and also Category Rank (if any).
JENPAS 2021 BSc Nursing Online Counselling Process
Here is the step by step Online Counselling process for JENPAS 2021 B.Sc Nursing Course. Female Candidates, who have a valid JENPAS 2021 Application Number seat for WBJEE BSc Nursing Counselling.
Registration for Counseling Process
All candidates who successfully applied for JENPAS(UG)-2021 and paid application fees can register for counselling. There is no separate registration fee for counselling. Registration with providing necessary information.
Maximum details of the candidates will be fetched from the Application data. Candidates need to give bank account details (to be used in case of any refund). For WB JENPAS-UG Online Counselling 2021 visit wbjeeb.nic.in website.
HS Marks Update
Candidates will give their subject wise pass status, full marks and marks obtained in class 12 in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Mathematics / Computer Sci. / Statistics, Electronics / Psychology / Vernacular. If a subject is not applicable for any candidate, he/she will choose NA in place of pass status for that subject.
Upload Scanned Documents
Candidates have to upload the following scanned documents at the time of Online Registration for JENPAS Counselling 2021.
- 10th Admit Card / Birth Certificate
- Class 12th Marksheet
- Domicile Certificate for WB Candidates
- Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC) (if any)
- EWS Certificate (if any)
- PwD Certificate (if any)
After uploading the scanned documents, it will verify by the authority and if everything is fine, you will receive an SMS. For any rejection, you also get the rejection SMS and upload the documents again.
Choice Filling and Choice Locking
Now Registered candidates can choose Nursing Colleges / Institutions on a Priority Basis. The candidate is allowed to select and submit as many choices as she desires as per the available choices are shown to her.
First Round Counselling Result & Reporting
JENPAS BSc Nursing First Round Counselling Result will be published on the WBMCC website. The candidate has to log in to the website and checks the result. Successful candidates in the 1st round are required to report to the allotted college/Institution within the specific period of reporting to complete the admission process. Before admission, candidates are required to undergo Documents Verification by Physical Presence at the mentioned venue on the date and time as mentioned in the schedule.
During the Online admission process, the candidate may apply to participate in the next round of counselling for Upgradation of her allotted seats as per choices gave by her during the 1st round.
Second Round Counselling Result & Admission
Second round counselling will process for all the vacant seats which remain vacant after 1st round counselling. Candidates, who will get their preferred Nursing College at 2nd Round Counselling, can go to the reporting centre and verify that documents by Physical Presence.
Medical Examination of the Candidates
Medical examination form to be obtained from respective colleges during the time of reporting. candidate has to undergo a specific medical checkup and feel in the medical checkup from which should be submitted to the respective institution within 3 days of admission. In case it is found that the candidate is not medically fit, her candidature will be cancelled.
