পশ্চিমবঙ্গ উচ্চ শিক্ষা দপ্তর প্রতিবছর মেধাবী কিন্তু আর্থিকভাবে দুর্বল ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের স্কলারশীপ প্রদান করে থাকে। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত এই স্কলারশিপের নাম স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপ (Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship)। যে সমস্ত ছাত্র-ছাত্রী এই বছর মাধ্যমিক, উচ্চমাধ্যমিক অথবা গ্রাজুয়েশন পাস করে নতুন কোর্সে ভর্তি হয়েছে তারা এই স্কলারশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে।
স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি নিচে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হলো। যেসমস্ত ছাত্রছাত্রীরা পারিবারিক বাৎসরিক আয় ২.৫ লক্ষ টাকার কম তারাই স্কলারশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারে।

এই স্কলারশিপের অনলাইনে আবেদনের জন্য আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই নিম্নলিখিত প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা গুলি মেনে চলতে হবে।
১. আবেদনকারীর পারিবারিক বাৎসরিক আয় ২.৫ লক্ষ টাকার কম হতে হবে তবেই সে এই স্কলারশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে।
২. আবেদনকারীকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের একজন স্থায়ী বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
৩. যে সমস্ত ছাত্র-ছাত্রী 2021 সালে পরীক্ষায় পাশ করে নতুন কোর্সে ভর্তি হয়েছে তারাই কেবল মাত্র স্কলারশিপের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবে।
৪. নিচে কোর্স অনুযায়ী সর্বনিম্ন নাম্বারের তালিকা দেওয়া হলো। কেবলমাত্র এই নাম্বার বা এর থেকে বেশী নাম্বার থাকলে তবেই আবেদন করা যাবে।

উপরে উল্লেখিত প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা গুলি পূরণ করলে ছাত্রছাত্রীরা স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবে।
স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি
পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি নিচে আলোচনা করা হলো। আবেদনের শেষ তারিখ নিচে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
প্রথম ধাপ : সবার প্রথমে আবেদনকারীকে স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন ওয়েব সাইটে যেতে হবে, www.svmcm.wbhed.gov.in এবং এই ওয়েবসাইটে আসার পর ‘Register Here’ অপশনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
দ্বিতীয় ধাপ : এই লিংকে ক্লিক করার পর, স্কলারশিপ সংক্রান্ত কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য পরের পেজে খুলে যাবে। ভালো করে ওই তথ্যগুলি পড়ে, Tick Box-এ টিক দিয়ে ‘Proceed for Registration‘ বটনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
তৃতীয় ধাপ : এরপর রেজিস্ট্রেশন ক্যাটেগরি থেকে কোর্স অনুযায়ী সঠিক Directorate বেছে নিয়ে, ‘Apply for Fresh Application‘ অপশনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।

চতুর্থ ধাপ : এরপর বেশ কিছু প্রাথমিক তথ্য (নাম, মোবাইল নং, ইমেল ইত্যাদি) দিয়ে স্কলারশিপের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে। এই সময় আবেদনকারীকে একটি পাসওয়ার্ড তৈরি করতে হবে, যেটা পরবর্তীকালে লগইন করার সময় কাজে লাগবে।
পঞ্চম ধাপ : সফলভাবে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের পর, আবেদনকারী একটি ‘Application ID’ পাবে। যার সাহায্যে সে অনলাইন লগইন করতে পারবে। এই Application ID টি লিখে রাখতে হবে, পরবর্তী ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারের জন্য।
ষষ্ঠ ধাপ : এরপর আবেদনকারীকে Application ID এবং Password দিয়ে লগইন করতে হবে এবং Dashboard-এ ‘Edit Profile/Application‘ অপশনে ক্লিক করতে হবে আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া সম্পুর্ণ করার জন্য।
সপ্তম ধাপ : এখন অনলাইন আবেদন ফর্মটি সঠিকভাবে সমস্ত তথ্য দিয়ে পূরণ করতে হবে এবং আবেদনকারীর স্ক্যান করা ছবি ও সই ওয়েবসাইটে আপলোড করতে হবে। এরপর ‘Save & Next‘ বটনে ক্লিক করে পরবর্তী অংশে যেতে হবে।
অষ্টম ধাপ : এই ধাপে আবেদনকারীকে বেশ কিছু ডকুমেন্ট স্ক্যান করে আপলোড করতে হবে। এই ডকুমেন্ট গুলি হলো –
- শেষ পরীক্ষার মার্কশিট এর উভয় দিক
- মাধ্যমিকের অ্যাডমিট কার্ড
- শেষ পরীক্ষার অ্যাডমিট কার্ড
- ইনকাম সার্টিফিকেট
- আধার/রেশন/ভোটার কার্ড
- ব্যাংকের পাশ বই-এর প্রথম পাতা।
- ভর্তি রসিদ
এই সমস্ত ডকুমেন্ট PDF ফরম্যাটে আপলোড করে ‘Submit Application‘ অপশনে ক্লিক করতে হবে।
নবম ধাপ : এখন আবেদনকারীর দেওয়া সমস্ত তথ্য অনলাইনে সেভ হয়ে গেছে। এই সমস্ত তথ্য আর একবার ভালো করে দেখে নিয়ে ‘Finalize Application‘ অপশনে ক্লিক করতে হবে। এই অপশনে ক্লিক করার পর আবেদনকারী আর কোন তথ্য edit করতে পারবে না।
এই স্কলারশিপের সম্পূর্ণ আবেদন পদ্ধতি অনলাইনে। তাই অনলাইনে আবেদন করার পর কোন ডকুমেন্ট কোথাও জমা দিতে হবে না। পশ্চিমবঙ্গ স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি শেষ। এখন আবেদনকারী ড্যাশবোর্ডে নিজের আবেদনের স্ট্যাটাস দেখতে পারবে।

স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের Renewal আবেদন
স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ মেরিট-কাম মিনস্ স্কলারশিপের Renewal আবেদন এর জন্য ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের Application ID ও Password (গত বছর অনলাইন আবেদনের সময় প্রাপ্ত) দিয়ে www.svmcm.wbhed.gov.in ওয়েবসাইটে লগইন করতে হবে। এরপর উপরে উল্লেখিত ধাপগুলি অনুযায়ী Renewal আবেদন করতে হবে।
যে সমস্ত ছাত্র-ছাত্রীরা উচ্চমাধ্যমিক কোর্সে (Class XI), গ্রাজুয়েশনের প্রথম বছরে অথবা পলিটেকনিকের প্রথম বছরে 60% নাম্বার পেয়েছে তারা এই স্কলারশিপ Renewal করার যোগ্য। পোস্টগ্রাজুয়েট (PG) কোর্সের জন্য সর্বনিম্ন 50% নাম্বার প্রথম বছর পেতে হবে, তবেই পরের বছরের জন্য Renewal আবেদন করা যাবে।
SVMCM স্কলারশিপের অনলাইন Renewal আবেদনের সময় আবেদনকারীকে শেষ স্কুল/কলেজ/ইউনিভার্সিটি পরীক্ষার মার্কশিট স্ক্যান করে আপলোড করতে হবে। যদি সেমিস্টার সিস্টেমে পরীক্ষা হয় তাহলে দুটি সেমিস্টারের মার্কশিট একসাথে স্ক্যান করে আবেদন করতে হবে। যেমন, (1st সেমিস্টার + 2nd সেমিস্টার) মার্কশিট দ্বিতীয় বর্ষে Renewal আবেদনের জন্য।

Hello Bannya, you cannot apply for SVMCM Scholarship renewal without having the 2nd Semester result. So, wait till you will get the result/marksheet and then apply. Because you have to upload the 2nd sem marksheet at the time of online application.

Hello Rajnandini, according to the official notification, students, who passed their Madhyamik Exam in 2018 and took admission on class XI, are eligible for this scholarship. As you and your sister currently studying in class XII, you are not eligible. Although, I advice you to contact to the scholarship authority using this phone number, 1800-102-8014. Both of you can also apply for Sitaram Jindal scholarship.
